Whether you are a joiner, a loner, a fitness buff, a 'not-so-much' or somewhere in between; Nantucket Rising can help. By working together we can teach you to train your mind, body, and spirit to find purpose and feel better.
Nantucket Rising provides several distinct ways to navigate wellness:
we run nantucket - a mindful running club
Private Coaching currently consists of working with Darcie Evans, LICSW in person or by phone appointments. After an initial assessment of each person's needs, hopes and dreams; Darcie will collaborate with each individual to identify personal challenges, strengths, conditioning, intentions and habits. As a team, Darcie and each client will formulate a plan to increase awareness, practice acceptance, and then take action.

Experiential Coaching Classes include working in small group settings with Darcie Evans, LICSW in person. Each participant will have an opportunity to share their stories, increase awareness and self-acceptance, and then take specific action steps to promote change and enhance well-being.

Thanks to the generosity of The Tower Foundation and the support of The Nantucket Behavioral Health Task Force there is currently no fee for this group due to Nantucket Rising receiving a grant to promote healthy island lifestyles!
