Nantucket Rising is about Emotional Triple A -  Awareness, Acceptance, and then Action.

As we learn more about well-being from the study of positive psychology and plain old playing, we realize that happiness is a skill we can all build, practice, and strengthen.  

At Nantucket Rising we use the power of storytelling, stillness, movement, and exploring the great outdoors to strengthen our 'muscles' of mindfulness and well-being.  By coming together and listening to the whispers of our deeper selves; we find 'our people', discover our purpose, dare to dream, and then take flight.
